Matilda was a former banker with 13 years of business experience. She is a certified Yoga Teacher since 2009, under Yoga Instructor Training Course (YITC) held by Institute of Vivekananda Yoga and Research Development, India (I.V.Y.R.D.). She has completed Diploma in Yoga Therapy course with the same institute in 2010. Sophie is also an internationally-certified Usui Reiki Master-Teacher and has been teaching yoga since 2010. She delivers each of her yoga classes whole-heartedly and combine them with Reiki and/or the use of Young Living essential oils where appropriate.

Sheila fell in love with Yoga when she stepped on the yoga mat 15 years ago for the first time. Since then she has always returned to the mat vowing never to touch any form of gym equipment ever again. A lover of nature, Sheila enjoys being outdoors taking long walks and even running. Despite it all, yoga has always been a grounding source both mentally and physically. In 2016 Sheila competed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Mala where she now enjoys teaching. Sheila keeps her classes warm and friendly, and reminds her students never to take themselves seriously especially when on the mat and always listen to what your body has to say.

Regina experience her first meditative moment at age 15 at her school hall, and fall in love with yoga immediately at her first yoga class at age 21. Since then, yoga and meditation has been her faithful companion throughout her 20s and 30s. Certified and trained internationally in the holistic curriculum of Waldorf Steiner and locally at the Ministry of Education Diploma in early childhood, Regina also participated actively in transformational and healing techniques to integrate a holistic approach towards educating the young. She teaches from age 2 years and above, leading a sweet-nature and imaginative class.

Shan started her yoga journey 5.5 years ago and took it up mainly to balance and complement her other exercises such as Muay Thai and Running. She then took up a basic class to tried out. Even though the asanas looked very simple, it was a challenge for her to stay still and do the poses. That day onwards she never looked back and never stop doing yoga ever since. Shan took up Teaching Training in 2015 so she could share her journey and experience that perhaps will make a tiny bit differences in people's lives. By being aware of what's going on within and the surrounding, she hopes people will have more compassion and kind towards each other and most importantly, themselves.

Sandra Faustina Lee, Free Movement

Sandra is a dance and fitness instructor and entrepreneur. She has undergone training locally in Ballet, Contemporary dance and Jazz amongst others. Having to teach since her university days, she has developed her own way of explaining the different concepts when conducting dance and fitness classes. Sandra started to expand teaching classes from schools to dance studios and is currently teaching at Wings To Wings Dance Development Centre. She has also taught classes at the Esplanade for their Da:ns Festival, the Lululemon flagship store at Ion Orchard and held a Toning & Flexibility class at the recent FitnessFest 2017. She runs a local start-up, Free Movement Singapore, that aims to bring together the dance and fitness community through education on the customisation of apparels and footwear. Sandra is a firm believer in doing good for the community, and Young Living has been a part of her journey in keeping her mind and body in a joyful state!

1. When and where is the event?

RevOILution 2017 will be held on 6 August 2017, Sunday, 9am to 9pm, at Suntec Convention Hall 403.

2. Do I have to pay to attend RevOILution 2017?

Admission to RevOILution 2017 is FREE for all. Register by 3rd Aug 2017, 6pm to receive a free 5ml bottle of Young Living Peppermint essential oil.

3. How do I register for the event?

We only accept online registration via https://revoilution2017.eventbrite.sg. Register by 3rd Aug 2017, 6pm to receive a free 5ml bottle of Young Living Peppermint essential oil.

4. Can I transfer my ticket?

Tickets are transferable. You may modify your ticket information via your Eventbrite log-in.

5. Do I have to register for any workshops or fitness classes after I’ve registered for a ticket?

You do not have to register for the workshops or fitness classes as all slots are based on first-come-first-served basis.

6. How do I register for any workshops or fitness classes for my friend and I?

You don’t have to register for the workshops or fitness classes. It is on a first-come-first-served basis and subject to space in workshops.

7. Can I do the fitness workshops if I’m just a beginner?

Yes you can. Our scheduled fitness classes are suitable for beginners.

8. Do I have to bring my own Yoga mat?

Yoga mats will be provided. However, if you'll like to use your own mat, feel free to bring it.

9. Can I bring my kids?

Yes! We have special activities for kids to keep your children entertained. Bring them to RevOILution 2017 Wellness Expo so the whole family can enjoy!

10. Do kids need to register?
Kids of all ages are welcome to our event. Please take note that kids aged 12 years old and below do not require registration and will not be entitled to a goodie bag.
11. Can I bring my pets?

Our apologies but Suntec Convention Centre does not allow pets into any of the expo halls. Thank you for your understanding!
