Young Living Singapore @ Member Services Trainer
Nurshahida joined Young Living in February 2014 when she started as a Member Services Specialist. Following that year, she held the role of Team Leader in Member Services rotating between the Email team, Contact Centre team and Frontdesk team. She is in her current role as a Trainer for nearly 2 years. Nurshahida graduates with a Diploma in Info-Communication & Technology from Singapore Polytechnic and has more than 10 years of customer service experience in various industries such as F&B, Insurance and Publishing. She is a core trainer for Young Living’s new hires and she provides continuous education for the current specialists.
She is truly passionate in what she does especially providing Legendary Service as part of Young Living’s first essential value – Members First and ensuring that the specialists are aligned with the policies and procedures.
