“I was first introduced to yoga and pilates in 2007 when I experienced back pain during my second pregnancy. Through regular practice, my core strength improved, and the pain in my lower back was gone. In 2014, I took up Ashtanga Yoga 200 hours and in March 2015, I completed Pilates teachers training program where I became a certified teacher in both fields.
As an instructor, my goal is to help my students to experience, practice and master a variety of basic yoga poses that builds strength, increases flexibility, improves posture and allows them to reduce stress from their daily lifestyles.
I enjoy teaching beginners who are looking for a solid foundation and also experienced students who desire a gentle pace. The students keep me living in gratitude and thankful as I continue this passion of sharing.”
